كشف مصدر باتحاد الكرة المصري موعد التحقيق مع سيد عبد الحفيظ مدير الكرة بالنادي الأهلي، بشأن تصريحاته عقب مباراة فريقه أمام غزل المحلة في الدوري.

وهُزم الأهلي من غزل المحلة بهدف دون رد، في المباراة التي جمعت بينهما ضمن منافسات الجولة التاسعة عشر من مسابقة الدوري المصري الممتاز.

وقال مصدر باتحاد الكرة لـ بطولات إن سيد عبد الحفيظ مدير الكرة بالأهلي سيتم التحقيق معه أمام المستشار القانوني للاتحاد غدًا الخميس في تمام الساعة الواحدة ظهرًا.

وكان عبد الحفيظ قد صرح عقب خسارة الأهلي أمام غزل المحلة أنه يتواصل مع الحكم جهاد جريشة، وأن الأخير يعتذر له عندما يُخطئ في قراراته خلال المباريات.

It was back in March 2014 that the writing was on the wall for David Moyes’ career at Manchester United. The Scot had only taken charge of the Red Devils the previous summer, but a series of poor results had brought his future into sharp focus.

As it would pan out, the former Everton boss would be sacked by the Red Devils hierarchy less than a month after that 3-0 reverse to City. Fast forward five years, and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer may just have put the nail into his own coffin with a similarly questionable verdict on matters.

Speaking ahead of the Premier League clash against Norwich on Sunday, the Norwegian appeared to lose all memory that he is in charge of one of the biggest sides in the world.

The name and tradition is what counts, and Solskjaer, like his predecessor Moyes, has shown no grasp of that.

خرجت بعض التقارير خلال الأيام القليلة الماضية عن إمكانية رحيل المدير الفني للفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي ريال مدريد، زين الدين زيدان، بعد نهاية الموسم الحالي.

زيدان ينتهي عقده مع ريال مدريد في 30 يونيو 2022، ولكن هناك إمكانية لرحيله بحسب ما أكدت الصحافة والبحث عن مدرب جديد لبناء فريق للمستقبل.

هذا ما أفادت به صحيفة “ليكيب” الفرنسية التي أكدت أن هناك تفكيرا من طرف بعض المسئولين في ريال مدريد بأن مستقبل الفريق الأول قد لا يرتبط بالمدرب الحالي، زين الدين زيدان.

هناك شائعات تربط زيدان بإمكانية الانتقال لتدريب منتخب فرنسا بعد يورو 2020 وشائعات أخرى تؤكد أن مدرب ريال مدريد سيكون على رأس الجهاز الفني لنادي يوفنتوس.

ويفكر يوفنتوس في اسم جديد لقيادة الفريق الإيطالي بداية من الموسم المقبل بعد فشل تجربة أندريا بيرلو، من خلال النتائج السلبية في الدوري والخروج من دوري أبطال أوروبا.

According to TEAMtalk, Southampton are amongst a number of other Premier League clubs taking an interest in Woking starlet Oliver Creed, who has also caught the eye of Crystal Palace, Bournemouth and West Ham – Millwall and Brentford are also keen.

What’s the word, then?

Well, the Saints are believed to be eyeing up the 16-year-old, who is already part of the first-team set-up at Woking.

Forget the fact that Woking play their football at National League level – for a teenager, especially a 16-year-old, to be part of the first-team set-up is an impressive feat and one that should not go unnoticed.

The centre-back presumably has a bright future in the game if he is already achieving such eye-catching feats.

Long-term solution 

As things stand, the Saints defence is a real problem area for Ralph Hasenhuttl.

The south coast side have conceded the third-most goals in the Premier League this season with 15 shipped in eight games, and their backline was hardly a cheap one.

£18m was spent on Jannik Vestergaard, a man who has started seven of those eight games, while £15m was spent on a centre-back who isn’t even at the club anymore – Wesley Hoedt.

Hoedt finds himself on loan at Royal Antwerp in Belgium, and the interest in a young, up-and-coming prospect such as Creed could point to the fact that Southampton are keen not to find themselves in the same situation of being lumped with expensive underachievers.

The Saints have previously made a habit of developing rough diamonds into gems, with the likes of Gareth Bale, Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Luke Shaw coming through their academy.

By targeting Creed with the assumed intention to develop him and bring him into the first-team, this could well suggest that the Saints are keen to avoid past mistakes and also avoid finding themselves in a similar situation.

With changes happening behind the scenes, it appears the club are finally learning their lesson.

The former Southampton goalkeeper was clearly pleased with the result, and he seemingly believes that the Scottish champions can build on Thursday’s performance in order to have a successful run in the competition.

It won’t be an easy task though. Alongside Rennes, Celtic have been drawn in a group with CFR Cluj and Lazio, and with the Romanian outfit beating the Italians this week, it seems as if there will be no easy games in this group.

وعن دور ماتيو أليماني (المدير الرياضي لنادي فالنسيا السابق): “نريده في منصب بالإدارة التنفيذية بالجانب الرياضي لنادي برشلونة ويدعم الإدارة الفنية لدعم فرق كرة القدم”.

وبسؤاله عن علاقته بـ جوارديولا وإمكانية عودته إلى برشلونة، أجاب: “علاقتنا جيدة، نحن نتحدث دائمًا ولكنه يمتلك عقدًا في الوقت الحالي مع مانشستر سيتي”.

واختتم لابورتا حواره عن عودة الجماهير إلى المدرجات متابعًا: “سنتحدث مع رابطة الدوري الإسباني، المهمة ليست سهلة ولكننا نتوقع عودة المشجعين مع اقتراب نهاية الموسم الحالي”.

Charlton Athletic reporter Louis Mendez has hailed the impact of West Brom loanee Sam Field after he started the game against Nottingham Forest last week.

What’s he said?

The young midfielder was sent on loan with Jonathan Leko to the Addicks earlier in the summer to get valuable game time as he wasn’t likely to feature much under Slaven Bilic.

They have done the smart thing by adding a recall clause in the deal which would enable his return in January.

Field hasn’t been able to cement a regular place in Lee Bowyer’s side due to Darren Pratley’s influence at the club, but the 21-year-old has still played his part, featuring in three matches.

Mendez said:

“He started against Forest in midweek, and that first 45 minutes was the best Charlton have played in years and years.

“He was part of that passing, the way they moved the ball around was impressive.

“He came off the bench against Brentford at the weekend and was involved in some last-ditch blocks.

“Field got a special mention afterwards because Bowyer said he put his body on the line for the team, and you don’t always get that with loan players.”

Key character trait

The defensive midfielder is only a young lad, but he’s already showing signs of maturity well past his years.

This can only stand him in good stead when he does make the return back to the Hawthorns – and even though he’s not playing as frequently as he would like, he’s getting vital exposure at the level of football that the Baggies are playing at currently.

To say he was a big part of their best 45 minutes in years and years is only a testament to his ability, on top of his other qualities.

Last term he only managed four starts but made 1.8 tackles per game whilst securing a pass success rate of 80.5%, per WhoScored.

West Brom only let him depart on loan despite late permanent interest from Championship rivals Stoke City as they know the sort of player they have on their hands.

If he shows the same sort of characteristics that he’s displaying at Charlton on his return to Albion, he can be a hit.

Having joined Liverpool in 2015 from Burnley, Danny Ings’ career at Anfield has rather unfortunately been blighted by the injury curse.

The England international suffered the unfortunate luck of having his time with the Reds disrupted by two long-term injuries and in the end managed just four goals in his 25 appearances for the club.

Now, as confirmed by the club’s official website, following a loan spell at Premier League rivals Southampton last season, Ings has completed a permanent switch to St Mary’s this summer.

After hearing the news, Liverpool fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts and many wished Ings well on his future after sympathising with his injury plight at Anfield.

Indeed, some seemed to suggest that had the 26-year-old stayed injury-free, then he could have become a “special player” and voiced their regret at not really seeing the best of him on Merseyside.

A few Reds fans wishing the striker well also urged him not to score against his former club however, whilst there was also plenty of praise for director of football Michael Edwards, thanks to the reported £20m transfer fee.
